OTB Group Store Manager

1. Lead, motivate and develop the in-store team to drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
2. Deliver personalised, high-end client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships with an international and discerning clientele.
3. Define and implement commercial strategies to maximise sales, margin and store profitability.
4. Oversee day-to-day store operations including stock control, visual merchandising and adherence to Maison procedures and standards.
5. Recruit, train and mentor store staff to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills and employee engagement.
6. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational and strategic decisions.
7. Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying and promoting Maison Margiela’s values and identity.

1. Minimum five years’ experience managing a retail store, preferably within fashion or luxury.
2. Proven leadership with a strong commercial orientation and focus on customer service excellence.
3. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to build trust with clients and teams.
4. Fluent in French and English.

At least 5 years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail; demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams and operating within a high-volume department store or concession environment is advantageous.

Diploma or degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent professional retail experience accepted.
