OTB Group Stock Keeper

1. Ensure timely product movement and manage all stock-related activities, including inventory management, organization, control, and audits.
2. Address store product needs to maximize distribution efficiency and maintain a clean work environment.
3. Support the omnichannel sales cycle by managing incoming and outgoing flows, including order receipt, product packaging, billing, and associated administrative tasks.
4. Contribute to team objectives by maintaining an accurate and organized inventory, participating in regular and scheduled store inventories.
5. Proactively execute shipping and receiving processes, collaborating with management to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

1. Previous experience in similar roles with a strong understanding of retail stock operations.

1. Proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
2. Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
3. High adaptability and responsiveness, with the ability to anticipate beyond immediate situations.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Availability to work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday.

Prior experience in stock management or similar roles within a retail environment is required.
