1. Manage operational systems linked to the e-commerce platform, including Rbo, Stealth, and SAP.
2. Analyze and control documents issued for shipments, returns, and discounts, ensuring compliance with fiscal and customs regulations.
3. Create sales documents for marketplace transactions.
4. Coordinate with external providers and internal offices to gather necessary materials and information for administrative activities.

1. Diploma or degree in economics or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in e-commerce.
3. Knowledge of fiscal and customs issues in the European e-commerce sector.
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Motivation, positivity, energy, and team collaboration skills.
6. Initiative and proactive approach.
7. Good written English proficiency.
8. Proficiency in SAP/S3K and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
