1. Coordinate the activities of the Quality Control team for the Leathergoods & Bijoux Division.
2. Analyze data and monitor supplier performance.
3. Develop and implement quality control strategies.
4. Collaborate with regional teams to manage and monitor local quality control activities.
5. Enhance and evolve IT tools related to quality assurance.
6. Coordinate quality control activities with direct testers and contracted companies for finished products both domestically and internationally.
7. Organize and structure quality reports for supply chain monitoring.
8. Regularly share quality metrics and results with internal departments and suppliers.
9. Collect and analyze data for quality control parameter adjustments.
10. Define guidelines and parameters for finished product quality control and ensure their dissemination.
11. Manage the quality control budget.
12. Participate in the evolution of IT tools for quality assurance.
13. Review and coordinate resolution activities for claims from regions.
14. Engage in the industrialization and production initiation process.
15. Define guidelines and instructions for finished product packaging.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the luxury or fashion industry.

1. Strong relationship and negotiation skills with suppliers.
2. Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of products and supplier networks.
4. Proficiency in IT tools.
5. Good command of the English language.

A minimum of six years in a Quality Assurance role within the luxury or fashion sector is required.
