1. Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing.
2. Excellent proficiency in English.
3. Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and engage in team activities.
3. Ability to travel with a mentor, primarily to Milan, for photoshoots and collection presentations.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in marketing and fashion is essential.
