1. Process and record supplier invoices for Italy, EU, and non-EU regions, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations regarding cost deductibility and VAT recoverability.
2. Register intercompany invoices and perform reconciliation of balances.
3. Verify and reconcile annual provisions and funds.
4. Monitor and verify supplier accounts.
5. Verify inventory loads and retrieve supporting documentation.
6. Manage documentation related to double taxation agreements.
7. Review fiscal clauses in contracts.
8. Verify and record import customs documents.
9. Prepare accruals for monthly management closures and year-end financial statements.
10. Manage supplier master data.
11. Support business with analysis of new processes and scenarios.

1. Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong understanding of VAT regulations.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Familiarity with SAP, Stealth 3000, and Excel is preferred.
5. Ability to work flexible hours.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on liability cycle management.

Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
