1. Develop production plans for assigned suppliers in collaboration with the production team.
2. Initiate production launches, including order generation and pick list creation.
3. Monitor the progress of production orders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Coordinate material requirements with the purchasing department and raw materials warehouse to adhere to production schedules.
5. Analyze and address collection issues or bottlenecks, proposing improvement plans.
6. Maintain and develop analytical reports and documentation.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the textile sector.
2. Degree in Industrial Engineering.
3. Proficiency in computer systems, especially Microsoft Office (Excel), Stealth 3000, and PLM.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
