1. Minimum of 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retail.
2. In-depth product knowledge of women's fashion, including RTW, shoes, and accessories.
3. Experience in training, empowering, and motivating teams.
4. Results-driven and customer-focused.
5. Strong communication skills across various platforms.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
8. Knowledge of Russian is advantageous.
