- Build a client book to drive traffic and engagement.
- Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy for optimal sales performance.
- Contribute to business action plans to enhance sales across product categories.
- Demonstrate best-in-class sales and customer service on the selling floor.
- Ensure efficiency in clientelling, display, and merchandise management.
- Maintain stockroom organization and optimize stock management.
- Support the Store Manager in managing annual closures and inventories.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retail.
- In-depth product knowledge of women's fashion, including RTW, shoes, and accessories.
- Experience in training, empowering, and motivating teams.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Strong communication skills across various platforms.
- Attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Russian is advantageous.
