- Lead a team to transform client experiences into exceptional moments, driving individual and team objectives.
- Achieve commercial targets through efficient team organization and effective product management.
- Enhance commercial performance through product knowledge, sales and stock analysis, and supervision of replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Coach and provide feedback to ensure clients receive the highest standard of experience.
- Drive the omni-channel experience in-store and utilize digital resources for communication.
- Empower, develop, and motivate the team to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Build a client book by establishing relationships to drive traffic and engagement.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing store strategies to achieve optimal sales performance.
- Contribute to business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Demonstrate best-in-class sales and leadership on the selling floor, fostering loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Ensure floor efficiency in clientelling, display, merchandise, and cleanliness, solving problems proactively.
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, fostering a positive and forward-thinking environment.
- Supervise stockroom conditions and coordinate stock management in line with sales potential.
- Optimize stock management and ensure goods handling supports the sales process.
- Ensure care of all products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store team.
- Support the Store Manager in managing annual closures, inventories, and fiscal activities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fashion/luxury retail.
- In-depth product knowledge of women's ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories.
- Experience in training, empowering, and motivating teams.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills across various platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and outside normal hours.
