OTB Group HSE Specialist

- Enhance performance and ensure compliance with current HSE regulations.
- Organize information, training, and drills for personnel.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Competent Doctor.
- Manage PPE usage and evaluate proposals for modifications.
- Regularly verify legal HSE compliance with the Prevention and Protection Service and external consultants.
- Assist in managing and updating the Risk Assessment Document.
- Support HSE & Facility management for external contractors and evaluate interference risks periodically.
- Assist in managing emergency plans and procedures.
- Collaborate to maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
- Periodically update the internal Q81 HSE WEB APP software.
- Manage HSE documentation for designated sites.
- Oversee routine and extraordinary waste disposal and verify compliance.
- Support the Facility team in managing activities and monitoring maintenance schedules and documentation.
- Assist the Energy team in monitoring energy consumption at designated sites.
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering or Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques.
- Possession of ASPP training certificates (Module A and Module B).
- Availability for short trips to OTB Group sites in the Vicenza area.
- Proficient knowledge of D.Lgs 81/2008 and D.Lgs 152/2006 with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and a digital approach to the field.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Organizational, planning, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HSE domain.
Technical diploma or degree in engineering or Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques.
