1. Ensure accurate maintenance of general accounting records for monthly and annual financial closures, including compliance with international accounting standards IFRS/IAS for group consolidated financial statements.
2. Periodically verify economic and asset entries, coordinating reconciliation and adjustment operations.
3. Support general accounting activities for Italian subsidiaries.
4. Verify the accurate accounting of the French foreign establishment, liaising with local consultants.
5. Collaborate in the preparation of the financial statements for Italian companies and the consolidated financial statements of the French foreign establishment.
6. Assist the Administrative Manager with tax compliance, interacting with the designated tax consultant.
7. Monitor payment flows in coordination with the Group's centralized treasury.
8. Prepare reports on short and medium-to-long-term financial forecasts.
9. Support activities conducted by the Audit Firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors.

1. Degree in Economics
2. 5 – 7 years of prior experience in administrative roles within structured environments or at auditing firms or accounting firms
3. Excellent knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles
4. Fluency in English
5. Knowledge of SAP/FI application is preferred
