1. Participate in collection moodboard meetings.
2. Conduct analysis and research on materials such as uppers, soles, components, and accessories.
3. Engage in model research, selection, and development meetings at production sources.
4. Collaborate with technical teams, modelers, and prototype developers from supplier companies.
5. Assist in the creation and revision of technical sheets.
6. Analyze technical feasibility and product improvement.
7. Support testing and industrialization activities.
8. Research new technologies, materials, and production processes.
9. Manage collection progress and communication with supplier companies.

1. Current student or recent graduate from a Polytechnic/Technical Institute in footwear or related fields.
2. Interest in footwear and product development processes.
3. Basic knowledge of footwear construction.
4. Good observational skills and attention to detail.
5. Teamwork ability and technical curiosity.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Romans CAD) is a plus.

4. Interaction between R&D, Style Office, modeling, and production.
5. Methodological approach to technical problem solving.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant technical or polytechnic program.
