OTB Group Financial Controller

- Act as a business partner for monitoring production costs, focusing on the definition of standard product costs and pricing.
- Participate in new company projects aimed at improving warehouse management, standard cost definition, and R&D cost management.
- Support management control activities related to product research and development processes, industrial costs, subcontracting, and production efficiency.
- Prepare budgets, revisions, and periodic closures with a focus on variance analysis and profitability, collaborating with various company departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare efficiency measurement reports, supervising corrective actions to maintain expected parameters.
- Liaise with other group companies for intercompany transaction control.
- Analyze and monitor production performance indicators.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business management.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent relational skills and ability to interact with various roles and departments within the company.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of production issues and processes in make-to-order companies is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and Stealth systems is advantageous.
A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial control or a similar role within the fashion or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
