OTB Group Facility Planning Specialist

- Assist in drafting OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the Facility & Safety Function across various European locations, in coordination with Facility Managers and Finance Functions of different brands and companies within the group.
- Prepare reports on Facility costs, analyzing by Category, Company, Brand, Channel, and Country.
- Draft Group contracts for services such as cleaning, maintenance, gardening, and security, updating Service Specifications based on Facility Managers' guidance, and liaising with the Purchasing Department for organizing tenders.
- Continuously map active sites and stores, updating on openings, closures, and relocations to ensure proper alignment of active services and related contracts.
- Maintain updated parameters in the SAP system to ensure correct cost allocation and process fluidity according to the group's evolving organizational structure.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role or in Management Control.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Preferable knowledge of SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
