OTB Group Ecommerce Specialist

- Support and contribute to the definition and execution of online sales strategies for Diesel and Jil Sander, including seasonal planning and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate new digital channels and partnership opportunities to expand online revenue and market reach.
- Collaborate with Global HQ and internal cross-functional teams to implement group e-commerce initiatives and localise global campaigns.
- Perform regular sales and KPI analysis (daily, weekly, monthly), produce operational reports and monitor product performance to inform commercial decisions.
- Design shopper journeys and create web content to optimise conversion and customer experience across online touchpoints.
- Operate and maintain product listings and merchandising across online channels.
- Oversee logistics and post‑sales operations: track shipments, update delivery status, manage ecommerce vendor invoices and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Manage the online-channel customer service team to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ecommerce or travel retail.
- Demonstrable ability to apply data-driven insights to commercial decision-making and campaign execution.
- Proactive mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

At least four years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce operations or travel retail sales, with proven exposure to online sales strategy, performance analysis and coordination of logistics and customer service for fashion or luxury brands.
BA degree or above in Fashion, Business Administration or a related discipline.
