1. Develop and define the seasonal footwear collection architecture, including structure, price corridors, and category mix.
2. Translate creative input, brand positioning, and market insights into a cohesive and competitive product offering.
3. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product Development, Planning, and Industrialization to ensure feasibility, cost alignment, and timely market entry.
4. Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to provide actionable insights for optimizing assortment, pricing, and product lifecycle.
5. Support go-to-market activities with compelling product arguments, sales materials, and collection presentations for both internal and external teams.
6. Manage carry-over styles and iconic products to ensure brand consistency and long-term category development.

1. 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion sector with a focus on footwear.
2. Comprehensive understanding of footwear product development processes, materials, and cost drivers.
3. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with experience in PLM systems.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both creative and business stakeholders.
5. High aesthetic sensitivity, market awareness, and a strong product mindset.
6. Degree in Fashion Management, Business, or related fields.
