- Welcome and assist clients, providing an exceptional in-store experience by understanding client desires and crafting personalized shopping experiences.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values through knowledge and presentation.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, nurturing loyalty through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Lead sales efforts on the floor, maximizing sales opportunities and driving both individual and team sales results.
- Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about new trends and competitors.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high luxury standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Proven track record in delivering sales within a luxury retail environment, with experience in clienteling activities.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Digital proficiency and openness to innovative working methods.
- Ability to effectively interact with international clients.
- Passion for the Diesel brand, its products, and heritage.
Experience in luxury retail sales and clienteling is required.
