1. Greet and engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
2. Manage stock control and inventory management.
3. Assist customers in locating desired products and provide expert advice on product selection.
4. Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
5. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
6. Handle customer refunds and complaints with professionalism.
7. Adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
8. Attach tags to merchandise and ensure proper display on the sales floor.
9. Receive and store stock deliveries appropriately.
10. Stay informed about special promotions and assist in setting up displays.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Proficiency in Russian or Serbian is advantageous.
3. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and accessories.

2. Comfortable interacting with the public and working in a team environment.
3. Confident and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
4. Reliable, helpful, and polite demeanor.
5. Knowledge of inventory management techniques.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of three years in a sales associate role within the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.
