1. Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in luxury retail management is a plus.
