Omega Sales Assistant

- Deliver outstanding, personalized client service to affluent and international customers, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Actively drive boutique sales through expert product presentation, informed recommendations and skilled closing techniques for watches and jewellery.
- Explain technical features and the heritage of mechanical watches to clients with clarity and credibility.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation and product care to reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
- Process transactions, manage customer records and assist with after-sales service, including follow-up and basic service coordination.
- Support inventory control, stock management and stockroom organisation while ensuring compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
- Attend product and technical training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections and watchmaking developments.
- Proven commercial orientation with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury watches and jewellery.
- Technical interest in horology; ability to communicate mechanical concepts to clients understandably.
- Prior experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred, ideally within watches or high-end jewellery.
- Impeccable attention to detail, professional presentation and discretion when serving high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Ideally 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable success in client-facing sales roles; direct experience with watches or jewellery is advantageous.
Vocational training in retail, sales, watchmaking or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
