Omega Communications Coordinator

- Support the development and execution of external and internal communications materials, including press releases, corporate announcements and stakeholder updates.
- Draft, edit and localize content for digital channels, social media, newsletters and employee communications while ensuring strict brand tone and visual consistency.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media contacts and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews, briefings and PR events.
- Manage editorial calendars, monitor media coverage and prepare regular communications reports and performance summaries.
- Assist with the logistical and communications aspects of product launches, corporate events and trade shows, including on-site coordination when required.
- Maintain and update press lists, asset libraries and CRM records related to communications activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to editorial quality.
- Proven ability to produce clear, brand-aligned copy for both digital and print channels.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with external agencies and media relations.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- WordPress (or similar CMS)
- Social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Hootsuite)
- Google Analytics or equivalent digital reporting tools
Typically 2+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR, brand communications or a related function; experience within luxury goods or watchmaking is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
