1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets and managing inventory levels.
4. Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotions.
5. Train and mentor boutique staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

3. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
4. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
