1. Deliver expert, personalised advice across the maison’s product categories (fragrance, cosmetics, toiletries and related objets).
2. Convey brand history and product knowledge with enthusiasm and accuracy to an international clientele.
3. Build, maintain and develop long‑term client relationships through bespoke service and clienteling activities.
4. Perform product personalisation services including calligraphy, embossing, engraving and the art of folding/gift presentation.
5. Operate point‑of‑sale systems, handle cash transactions and perform opening/closing till procedures.
6. Ensure the boutique’s presentation and merchandising meet the maison’s standards of excellence.
7. Contribute to ancillary tasks and events that support boutique objectives (inventory, local promotions, store upkeep).

1. Dynamic, courteous and service‑oriented demeanour with an appreciation for luxury retail etiquette.
2. Strong verbal communication, observation skills and the ability to adapt approach to varied clientele.
3. Curiosity about beauty products, fragrance composition and the Buly 1803 brand narrative.
4. First sales experience preferred but not required; demonstrable retail or hospitality background is an asset.
5. Ability to perform fine manual work for personalisation services (calligraphy, embossing, engraving).
6. Additional language skills considered a plus.
