1. Receive and inspect incoming goods: verify quantities, references and condition; report discrepancies or damage and store stock according to established procedures.
2. Execute order preparation (picking): consult pick lists, locate and pick items accurately, and respect SKU and quantity specifications.
3. Operate material‑handling equipment safely (manual/electric pallet trucks, forklift when certified) and use the warehouse management system (WMS) to record movements.
4. Pack and label orders securely for shipment, applying correct delivery information and order numbers; assist with vehicle loading for dispatch.
5. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, participate in regular and annual inventories, and comply with all internal safety procedures.

1. CACES 1, 3 and 5 certification (validated) or equivalent authorisations for material‑handling equipment.
2. Minimum 3 years' professional experience in warehouse picking, logistics or order fulfilment.
3. Proven mastery of picking techniques and experience using a WMS.
4. Solid knowledge of warehouse safety rules and proper handling procedures.
5. Organised, rigorous and able to work collaboratively in a team; physically fit for manual handling tasks.
