1. Update the monthly distribution requirements plan (DRP) from the central warehouse.
2. Serve as the primary contact for local supply planners in Japan, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
3. Ensure proper allocation of validated resources for product launches, high-demand items, and potential stockouts.
4. Monitor product life cycles and manage transitions between product lines.
5. Assess and communicate short-term stockout risks to relevant teams.
6. Track monthly stock levels in the central warehouse and with subcontractors using the ERP system (Divalto).

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree with a specialization in Supply Chain.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (supply, production planning).
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
4. Fluency in English for regular international communication.
