1. Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to local and international clients, establishing long‑term relationships and fostering client loyalty.
2. Present and narrate the Maison’s collections and heritage with passion, guiding clients through product features and provenance.
3. Proactively pursue and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Contribute to visual merchandising and display upkeep to ensure a refined, on‑brand boutique environment.
5. Embody the brand’s image through impeccable grooming and a thorough knowledge of luxury trends and product craftsmanship.
6. Collaborate closely with in‑store and back‑office teams to ensure seamless client service and operational coherence.

1. Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
2. At least 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion/leather goods sales.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable aptitude for clienteling and relationship management.
5. Commercially driven, organized and comfortable working to measurable sales goals.
