Montblanc Wholesale Sales & Operations Intern

- Support the wholesale sales team with day-to-day account administration, including order entry, order tracking and invoicing follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards and weekly/monthly sales analyses for key wholesale accounts.
- Liaise with internal teams — logistics, inventory planning, finance and product — to ensure timely delivery and allocation of stock to wholesale partners.
- Update and maintain CRM and ERP records (client data, purchase orders, shipment statuses) and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in preparation of client-facing materials: presentations, product packs, price lists and seasonal catalogues.
- Support trade show and client meeting logistics, including sample management and post-event reporting.
- Contribute to forecasting, replenishment tasks and ad hoc projects aimed at improving wholesale processes and client service.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent attention to detail; able to manage transactional work with precision.
- Fluent written and spoken English with professional communication skills; additional languages are advantageous but not required.
- Proactive, organised and able to prioritise competing tasks within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, wholesale distribution and retail operations.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, wholesale, sales administration or operations is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable exposure to order processing, client servicing or data reporting will be an advantage.
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or a closely related field.
