- Execute product display presentations adhering to global visual guidelines for Retail and Wholesale accounts across the Northeast region.
- Engage in extensive weekly travel to flagship boutiques, employing a hands-on approach to enhance sales through visual merchandising and collaboration with Regional Sales Directors.
- Create visually compelling and solution-oriented displays aligned with global VM strategies, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
- Manage POSM inventory, ordering, distribution, and implementation of core display materials for current setups and future visual rotations.
- Plan and coordinate the installation of quarterly window campaigns and seasonal in-store launch decorations.
- Assist the Retail Design team with visual planning for new Boutique/SIS openings, including preparation of VM display materials.
- Communicate, educate, and train Boutique VM Ambassadors and Wholesale account partners on VM guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with Regional Wholesale Directors to identify new business opportunities, including space planning and product capacity enhancement.
- Plan and submit quarterly VM Calendar, detailing visits for Boutiques and Wholesale accounts.
- Create VM photo recap reports post-store visits and window campaign launches to illustrate business impact driven by VM initiatives.
- Previous luxury retail experience within the leather and accessories industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising field experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Photography.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility, agility, and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Proactive and solutions-driven with adaptability to changing business needs.
- Proven track record in coordinating and executing projects and training.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector, particularly in leather and accessories.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
