1. Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
3. Maximize sales potential through coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room.
4. Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
5. Create annual business plans.
6. Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth.
7. Manage P&L, including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to improve results.
8. Manage operational execution, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
9. Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed.

1. At least 5+ years of retail management experience.
2. Affinity for luxury goods; experience with watches and jewelry is a strong plus.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
4. Ability to manage a P&L.
5. Strong clienteling skills.
6. Strong floor management skills.
7. Resourceful and a problem solver.
8. Strong communication skills.
9. High level of business and social etiquette.
10. Highly customer-oriented, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
11. Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
12. Ability to lift up to 20lbs.

1. Expert computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Proficiency with CRM systems.

A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector, with a focus on watches and jewelry.

Expected salary range: $110k - $125k, negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
