Montblanc Visual Merchandising Executive

- Coordinate and manage POSM orders across Retail, Wholesale, and Travel Retail channels.
- Serve as the liaison between headquarters, local visual merchandising teams, various departments, and external vendors.
- Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising POSM, marketing activities, and in-boutique events.
- Ensure consistency in visual merchandising and review seasonal and standard POSM orders.
- Manage and monitor the budget for POSM.
- Oversee warehouse inventory levels for POSM.
- Support the setup of seasonal launches and events.
- University degree in marketing, design, or a related business field.
- 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent sense of luxury aesthetics and understanding of retail operations.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising production, including window displays, facades, and pop-up setups.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup, Premier Cut Pro, AUTOCAD).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with all relevant parties.
- Ability to multitask, maintain a positive attitude, and work effectively under pressure.
2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable environment.
University degree in marketing, design, or a related business field.
