1. Develop and implement local training strategies and programs for Montblanc employees, with a focus on retail boutique staff, enhancing their behavioral selling skills and technical knowledge.
2. Increase the sales team's ability to deliver a unique and elevated retail experience, setting Montblanc apart from competitors.
3. Evaluate training outcomes through key performance indicators and suggest improvements for future training opportunities.
4. Identify and analyze training needs at the boutique level and propose suitable retail training solutions.
5. Localize and develop training materials in alignment with HQ directives to enhance sales staff capabilities.
6. Deliver and implement training programs for both boutique and office staff, ensuring clarity and achievement of program objectives.
7. Handle inquiries from boutique staff regarding customer service and business etiquette, providing appropriate advice.
8. Collaborate with the local merchandising team to deliver product knowledge training.
9. Coach boutique staff to ensure excellent service by identifying strengths and development needs.
10. Manage logistics for training delivery, including travel arrangements for boutique staff.
11. Coordinate training for office-based staff, managers, wholesale partners, and travel retail as required.
12. Promote the use of the digital training tool 'MeApp'.
13. Define performance indicators for training and assess program effectiveness, analyzing future training needs.
14. Prepare and manage the annual training plan, maintaining and updating training history records.
15. Manage and control the training budget.

Experience in training within a luxury Maison in Japan, with a strong understanding of training, coaching, and luxury retail fields.
