1. Achieve individual and collective sales targets to drive boutique success.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control standards.
3. Assist in visual merchandising to uphold boutique aesthetics.
4. Ensure exceptional customer experiences through adherence to retail signature processes.
5. Record sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
6. Execute inventory tasks and report using the SOVIA tool.
7. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through authorized applications.
8. Provide high-level customer service and promptly address client requests and complaints.
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
10. Manage client communications professionally, including text messaging.
11. Maintain accurate records of customer repairs and ensure timely follow-up.
12. Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients to expand the customer base.
13. Prepare and update sales information and daily reports for management.
14. Report on visual merchandising guidelines and support operational processes.
15. Participate in training to become an expert in product knowledge and customer engagement.

1. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
3. Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
