1. Train in the manufacture, maintenance and repair of precision tools, jigs and fixtures used in production.
2. Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools (milling, turning) to produce high-precision components.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances and specifications; perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers and gauges.
4. Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tooling and production equipment.
5. Participate in the dual vocational training program, combining on-the-job training at the workshop with attendance at vocational school.

1. Secondary-school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent; completion of compulsory schooling with technical orientation is acceptable.
2. Strong manual dexterity, spatial awareness and interest in metalworking and precision mechanics.
3. Basic understanding of mechanical principles and willingness to learn CNC operation and tooling technologies.
4. Reliable work ethic, team orientation and readiness to attend vocational school as part of the apprenticeship.
