Montblanc Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Ensure visual merchandising consistency across all channels, including Retail, Wholesale, and Travel Retail.
- Review and manage seasonal and standard POSM (Point of Sale Materials) ordering.
- Oversee boutique openings and setups, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Develop and implement creative window displays that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget effectively.
- Ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are updated and aligned with training materials.
- Conduct regular visual merchandising training for boutique teams.
- Monitor warehouse POSM inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
- Provide event support, including reviewing floor plans, technical drawings, and visual merchandising setups.
- University degree in Marketing, Design Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail or an equivalent sector.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good sense of luxury aesthetics and retail operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Literate in Sketchup, Premier Cut Pro, and AUTOCAD.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Capacity to multitask and work under pressure with a positive attitude.
A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail or an equivalent industry, with a focus on visual merchandising.
University degree in Marketing, Design Management, or a related field.
