- Maximize visibility for Montblanc through creative visual merchandising across all internal and external points of sale in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Manage the supply and installation of seasonal decorations for all boutiques.
- Monitor and ensure all merchandising displays conform to brand standards.
- Train sales staff and partners on decoration and visibility guidelines.
- Conduct regular visits to ensure visual merchandising and overall appearance align with brand guidelines.
- Disseminate visual merchandising guidelines and updates from headquarters to relevant stakeholders.
- Forecast, order, budget, and implement animation themes in all boutiques and points of sale.
- Implement updates on point-of-sale materials for retail and wholesale.
- Report on implemented animations to headquarters.
- Coordinate, order, and track seasonal decorations and promotional materials for Southeast Asia, including distributor markets.
- Maintain appropriate levels of point-of-sale and promotional materials within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with retail and wholesale teams to ensure visuals are in optimal condition.
- Oversee all campaign changeovers in Montblanc boutiques in Southeast Asia.
- Serve as the key contact for visual merchandising and decoration materials during events.
- Coordinate with the Communications team on event planning and setup.
- University graduate or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design, Design, Graphic Design, or Fashion Retail.
- At least 5 years of visual merchandising experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Creative design skills and project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong rapport with all parties.
- Organized and meticulous with a good fashion, retail, and commercial sense.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective management of multiple priorities.
A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
University graduate or equivalent in a relevant field.
