- Achieve sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the boutique.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up on results.
- Initiate sales and profit strategies with a focus on high-end products.
- Report regularly on sales and other KPIs.
- Implement brand guidelines, including visual merchandising and customer service standards.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in leading a high-performance team and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Motivate the team in collaboration with the Boutique Manager and Senior LED Manager.
- Ensure full team coverage during all business hours.
- Optimize stock and merchandising to maximize sell-through.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager, Retail Operations Manager, and Logistics Executive to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Manage inventory and conduct regular level controls.
- Oversee accurate till operations, system maintenance, and reporting.
- Manage security and follow up on repairs and maintenance for the boutique.
- Promote corporate business gift opportunities.
- Ensure impeccable customer service and manage VIP customer relationships.
- Execute planned boutique activities and manage all customer service and client topics.
- Over 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to support and develop large teams.
- Experience in developing client-centric and omnichannel-minded teams.
