Montblanc Sales Associate

- Represent the brand by engaging with clients and selling all company merchandise.
- Master sales techniques as per the training provided.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintaining proper cash and register documentation.
- Assist colleagues in the sales process when necessary.
- Adhere to the company's dress code to represent the brand appropriately.
- Assist clients with repairs and alterations, performing in-store first-aid services and coordinating with Technical Support for further repairs, maintaining high brand standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, recognizing every visitor as a potential customer.
- Ensure each client receives excellent service by creating a pleasant environment, combining cordiality and customer recognition with solid product knowledge.
- Stay updated on all product-related information, promotions, and available advertising materials.
- Offer discounts only under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Communicate effectively with clients through mailings, invitations, and VIP events under the Boutique Manager's supervision.
- Assist in processing and restocking merchandise, participating in the reception and monitoring of goods to the sales floor, ensuring changes are made swiftly and safely.
- Assist in inventory processes and special projects as needed.
- Comply with all Boutique security and operational procedures, ensuring their continuous observance.
- Participate in the implementation of the Boutique's visual decoration, assisting in merchandise movement on the sales floor and maintaining window displays, including product cleaning.
- Act as an ambassador for the company at meetings, events, charity dinners, and other work-related events under the Boutique Manager's direction.
- Attend recommended training and development activities, both internally and externally.
- Strong sales and customer service skills

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
