1. Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Process all sales transactions according to established procedures using provided systems.
3. Display merchandise in the boutique in accordance with brand requirements.
4. Assist with monthly stock takes and merchandise tagging, ensuring inventory control and minimizing shrinkage.
5. Provide after-sales service, handling client returns and queries to enhance brand image and meet client expectations.
6. Manage cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
7. Build and maintain a client database by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
