Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall results.
- Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
- Assist in visual merchandising of the boutique.
- Follow retail signature processes to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Record sales transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide high-level customer service and handle client requests and complaints.
- Develop and maintain customer database.
- Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients.
- Prepare and update sales information and send daily reports to managers.
- Participate in training and become an expert in product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.

- Use and operate computer programs and office equipment.

Experience Requirements
1-2 years of sales experience in the retail business.
