- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall performance.
- Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure the boutique meets visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships through authorized applications.
- Maintain and update customer databases and handle client communications professionally.
- Prepare and update sales reports for management review.
- Participate in product training and become an expert in Montblanc's offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer programs and office equipment.
- Strong clienteling and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in culture and arts.
1-2 years of sales experience in the retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
