1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall results.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
3. Assist in visual merchandising of the boutique.
4. Ensure excellent customer experience by following retail signature processes.
5. Record sales transactions in compliance with company standards.
6. Execute inventory tasks and report using the SOVIA tool.
7. Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Provide high-level customer service and handle client requests/complaints.
9. Develop and maintain a customer database.
10. Handle client communications professionally.
11. Manage customer repairs and communicate repair status.
12. Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients.
13. Prepare and update sales information and send reports to managers.
14. Participate in training and become an expert in product knowledge.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.

1-2 years of sales experience in the retail business.

Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
