- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to drive boutique success.
- Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
- Assist in visual merchandising to uphold boutique standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by following retail signature processes.
- Record sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Execute and report inventory through the SOVIA tool.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships using authorized applications.
- Provide high-level customer service and promptly address client requests and complaints.
- Develop and maintain a customer database and handle client communications professionally.
- Manage customer repairs and ensure timely communication of repair status.
- Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients.
- Prepare and update sales information and daily reports for management.
- Participate in training to become an expert in product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer programs and office equipment.
- Strong clienteling skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations with customers.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Interest in culture and the arts.
1-2 years of sales experience in the retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
