4. Organize workshops to assist store directors in defining action plans and ensure their deployment, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
5. Support store operations, including stock management, inventories, audits, and cross-functional projects.
6. Coordinate with the training manager on staff integration programs.
7. Ensure effective use of implemented tools.
8. Suggest operational improvements using retail expertise and team proximity.

1. Experience in retail within the luxury sector or a customer service-oriented industry such as hospitality, tourism, or fashion.
