1. Support store managers in achieving the brand's objectives through operational excellence.
2. Provide daily operational support to store managers and act as a liaison between various stakeholders to implement and monitor strategic projects effectively.
3. Analyze and regularly communicate key performance indicators to management and store directors.
4. Organize workshops to assist store directors in defining action plans and ensure their deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
5. Support in-store operations, including stock management, inventories, audits, and cross-functional projects.
6. Coordinate with the training manager on the integration programs for store staff.
7. Ensure the effective use of implemented tools and suggest improvements to operations based on retail expertise and team interactions.

1. Previous experience in retail within the luxury sector or a highly customer-oriented industry such as hospitality, tourism, or fashion.
2. Recognized for rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
3. Ability to thrive in demanding environments while maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships.
