Responsibilities
- Support store managers in achieving company objectives through operational excellence.
- Provide daily operational support to store managers and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Analyze and regularly communicate key performance indicators to management and store directors.
- Organize workshops to assist store directors in defining action plans and ensure their deployment, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Support store operations, including stock management, inventories, audits, and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate with the training manager on staff integration programs.
- Ensure effective use of implemented tools.
- Suggest operational improvements using retail expertise and team proximity.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail within the luxury sector or a customer service-oriented industry such as hospitality, tourism, or fashion.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
- Ability to thrive in demanding environments while maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
