Montblanc Regional Merchandising Manager

1. Manage seasonal buy, defining assortment by cluster, market, sales channels, and POS level.
2. Collaborate with the supply chain team on allocation and supply chain topics.
3. Partner with the training team for seasonal and product-related training needs in stores.
4. Drive sell-through of new products with quality actions and constant review.
5. Provide proactive follow-up and communication on new launches to all sales channels.
6. Collaborate with visual merchandising to develop regional-specific guidelines.
7. Consolidate market feedback for communication with headquarters.
8. Collect market intelligence, including competitor analysis and trend surveys.
9. Identify specific market opportunities in liaison with the local team.
10. Develop products for specific countries within the South Asia region.
11. Define and review sales budgets by sales channels and categories.
12. Work with the local team on category planning, sales forecasts, and store planning.
13. Evaluate SKU efficiencies and prepare merchandising reports.
14. Assess the productivity of full-price merchandise and propose exit strategies for outlets.
15. Lead and support ongoing and future merchandising projects.

1. Degree or above in Merchandising, Business, or related discipline

1. Strong analytical and communication skills
2. Proficiency in Excel, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, Power BI, Anaplan
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

At least 10 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the retail industry. Knowledge in supply chain is a plus. Exposure to SAP system is an advantage.
