1. Lead the Production Planning & Control team for leather goods accessories.
2. Conduct periodic follow-ups on manufacturers' production plans and monitor their performance.
3. Analyze and monitor required raw materials and components for all categories.
4. Support inbound and outbound goods planning in collaboration with warehouse, logistics, and administration teams.
5. Update, control, and maintain master data accuracy in SAP.
6. Monitor special cross-collection projects by interfacing with other Maison functions and external partners.
7. Develop and monitor supplier KPIs dashboards.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in production cycle and systems.
2. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Experience with ERP/PLM tools, SAP preferred.
5. Strong inventory forecasting and management skills.
6. Excellent time management, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.

4-5 years of experience in production planning and progress monitoring within the fashion and luxury, pharmaceutical, or automotive industries.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
