- Manage local customer portfolio and client strategy to support retail and marketing objectives.
- Supervise database quality in boutiques and support clienteling strategies.
- Lead eDM/Newsletter campaigns, including proofreading translations and approving test mails.
- Communicate KPIs to HQ and local team, ensuring CRM integrity and database quality.
- Define and implement clienteling strategies to enhance client experience.
- Support boutique teams with events and activations.
- Facilitate reports and analysis for management, creating dashboards and reports.
- Follow up on CRM budget, suppliers, and invoicing.
- Excellent level of French and English.
- Good level of Excel analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify and anticipate key clientele problems and trends.
- Proficiency in database management.
Experience in CRM management and client strategy is preferred.
6-month internship starting in July 2025.
