Montblanc CRM Intern

- Manage and enhance the customer database to support retail and marketing strategies.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of data from boutiques.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to update client profiles and information.
- Develop and implement clienteling strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Support boutique teams with events and activations by providing targeted client lists.
- Proofread and approve eDM campaigns, maintaining communication with the global team.
- Assist wholesale partners with their CRM strategies.
- Prepare reports and analyses for management to support strategic objectives.
- Monitor and manage the CRM budget, including supplier invoicing.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Attention to detail in proofreading and data management.
- Ability to identify and anticipate client trends.
Previous experience in CRM or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
