- Define and implement the clienteling strategy under the guidance of the Senior Clienteling Manager.
- Design content and target campaigns according to commercial priorities.
- Assist with local newsletters and track the performance of initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
- Serve as the reference for the clienteling application, supporting Retail teams in daily usage, training, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with technical teams, boutiques, and headquarters for optimal application functionality.
- Construct dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses to refine CRM actions using analytical tools.
- Provide daily support to boutique teams on CRM and client data issues, ensuring information flow and team alignment.
- Manage the gifting strategy, coordinating client gift orders and logistics, and developing personalized gestures for commercial events or client profiles.
- Collaborate with the CRM & Trade Marketing Coordinator on in-store activation plans and special projects.
- Experience in CRM, clienteling, or relationship marketing, ideally in luxury or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytical tools (Excel, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work with diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM tools and client databases.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong client orientation and service mindset.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills, priority management, and teamwork.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to unite various stakeholders.
Experience in CRM, clienteling, or relationship marketing, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
