- Define long-term strategic goals for the Middle East, India & Africa region.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Coordinate regional budget and phasing with sales teams.
- Analyze market intelligence and track Montblanc's network performance.
- Prepare strategic and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain legal agreements and assist in legal documentation processes.
- Manage e-commerce market opportunities and new E-retailer setups.
- Provide administrative support to the President, including managing schedules and preparing reports.
- 5+ years of experience in account or event management roles.
- Experience in retail or luxury brand sectors.
- Management experience with direct staff and external suppliers.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and French are advantageous.
- Proactive, dynamic, and client-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years in account or event management roles, preferably within the retail or luxury brand sectors.
