- Engage in customer service and sales at Montblanc boutiques.
- Handle repair requests and operational tasks.
- Participate in external events and exhibitions, providing hospitality and conducting sales negotiations.
- Manage customer information and inventory.
- Assist in the arrangement and modification of in-store displays and product placements.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in luxury goods, jewelry, watches, or leather sales.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a diverse work environment.
- Capability to build trustful relationships with clients and adapt flexibly to their needs.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to skill development.
- Strong passion for the Montblanc brand.
- Experience in external sales, such as in department stores.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales in English.
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales and customer service.
The position offers an annual leave of 113 days, including paid vacation, special leave, sick leave, and bereavement leave. Employees are entitled to commuting expenses up to 50,000 yen, overtime pay, and incentives. Comprehensive social insurance and a retirement plan are also provided.
