Montblanc Boutique Manager
Montblanc is an international maison recognized for its writing instruments, watches, leather goods and accessories. - Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring sales targets, visual standards and operational KPIs are consistently met.
- Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training, objective setting and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through bespoke service, clienteling programmes and after-sales follow-up.
- Manage inventory, merchandising and stock control processes to maximise sell-through and minimise shrinkage.
- Implement brand directives locally — merchandising displays, product launches, promotional activities and client events.
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, cash handling, reconciliation and compliance with company policies.
- Analyse sales performance and local market trends to recommend tactical actions and forecast demand.
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, preferably within leather goods, watches or accessories.
- Demonstrated leadership with experience recruiting, developing and retaining boutique sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and the ability to deliver personalised luxury service.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) preferred for effective local client and team communication.
