- Implement and adapt Richemont and Maison guidelines across client services, merchandising, and compliance to support boutique operations.
- Ensure the achievement of operational KPIs and update operations guidelines to enhance client experience.
- Analyze client feedback, communicate results, and collaborate with Training and Boutique Managers to define action plans.
- Maximize stock efficiency in collaboration with Operations and Boutique Managers.
- Assist boutique teams in handling customer complaints to build long-term relationships.
- Support retail activations and marketing initiatives by coordinating with office and boutique teams.
- Assist in boutique openings, renovations, and closings, liaising with landlords, architects, and contractors.
- Lead lease negotiations and manage retail business opportunities.
- Ensure timely product deliveries and monitor stock levels across the subsidiary and boutique network.
- Plan and execute stock allocations with boutique managers to meet client requests.
- Manage logistics and warehouse coordination efficiently.
- Prepare information and presentations for meetings.
- Oversee boutique openings, closures, refurbishments, and relocations.
- Rollout HQ projects locally and ensure corporate compliance.
- Assist in hiring and structuring frontline teams, fostering a strong team spirit.
- University Degree with 5-8 years of experience in retail operations management.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes under pressure.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent influencing and customer-oriented skills.
5-8 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the luxury sector.
University Degree
