1. Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot Bars at KaDeWe, providing a memorable first and last impression.
2. Engage customers with the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, enhancing brand captivation.
3. Warmly greet and inspire customers to encourage repeat visits.
4. Recruit, develop, and retain customers to support sales objectives.
5. Advise, prepare, and serve drinks and food with polished service standards.
6. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
7. Maintain exemplary standards in hospitality and retail.
8. Operate responsibly and solution-oriented for customer and company benefit.
9. Adhere to company management systems, safety, security, and inventory policies.
10. Foster a positive and respectful team environment to achieve shared goals.

1. Currently enrolled in a full-time study program.
2. Experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality, or service environments is preferred.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
4. Understanding of the impact of work on overall guest experience.
5. Knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous; training on champagne will be provided.
6. Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
